Brad was born in Canada and raised in a small town near Winnipeg, Manitoba. After doing very well locally, Brad left home to complete his high school education (eight hours away) in the small town of Wilcox, Saskatchewan to attend the infamous Notre Dame high school where he grew in his leadership ability, academics and hockey skills. From 1989 through 1993. Brad played on a full Division 1 college hockey scholarship at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
After a brief pro hockey career in Europe, he returned to Duluth to complete his BAS in teaching and minor in coaching. Teaching and coaching at the middle school level in the state of Nevada for 3 years, Brad quickly took an interest in the fitness industry and found sales for the first time by accident. After a manager pointed out that he was naturally good at connecting with people, he found himself rapidly growing in the fitness industry.
Quickly promoted to manager status, general manager, and then regional director of sales status, Brad excelled at every level. After a few years in the fitness industry, the hours and grueling nature of running health clubs took its toll on Brad and he decided to leave the industry in pursuit of another way to serve customers while growing his sales craft, and it became a decision that sure paid off! In 1999, Brad entered the in-home sales services/remodeling industry. Having initial success (despite being quite uncomfortable with the pushy sales' methods he was taught in his first company in Denver, CO) and loving to connect with customers he moved back to Minnesota. Brad continued to serve in the home remodeling industry and continued to grow in different parts of his sales/sales management skills, although something was gnawing at him for change. After making a decision to stop selling in the traditional pushy-fear based selling system of most companies he worked for, he made it a priority to work on himself internally and focus on serving the customer and nothing else.
This new shift completely revolutionized his sales success. Continuing on with the pursuit of coming into appointments with a relentless desire to serve the customer and be 100% transparent with them brought him to the top revenue producer of every company he worked for from that point on. Having reached the upper echelon of every company he worked for in Minnesota and successfully starting and running a small business with his wife, the decision was made to move across the country. Arriving in Phoenix, Arizona, Brad settled in with a company where despite having to start from scratch, he again climbed to the top of the class for sales volume, reviews, and other prestigious awards. After helping customers purchase over $31+ million dollars worth of home improvement volume over the past 25 years and $18+ million of that coming in the last decade (after radically changing his approach),
Brad decided to put everything that he had learned into helping others discover this new/modern way of connecting with 21st-century homeowners.
He has now developed a sales training course and written a book that is like nothing else on the market today. I went to the Maricopa Home and Garden show in Glendale specifically looking to arrange some estimates for replacement windows. I selected four companies to come to my home and provide estimates. I met with Brad, my sales specialist. He was able to provide me with the best option for my home and needs at a fair quote right off the bat—no going back and forth, no adding or taking away from product quality just to meet a quote number.
He provided me with the Anlin Del Mar windows series at the best quote he could. I received lower quotes from other companies, but at a cost to product quality. To me, a lower price didn’t actually save me money—it just meant receiving a lower-quality product. Due to the Arizona heat in the summer, I needed the best possible windows to keep the heat out, and Brad offered just that on the first quote. This review covers only the sales part of the process. I will update my review on the installation once completed. However, I expect it to be great based on the company’s years of experience. AZ Window & Door was recommended to me by a family member and my painter. I contacted them, and they had a designer named Brad come to my house to discuss my doors within a couple of days. The designer helped me select the doors, finishes, and hardware. I never felt like I was being led in a direction that I wasn’t comfortable with, and I never felt pressured to commit. Ultimately, I took some time to think over my decision and was very excited about my final selections. I followed up with Brad, who was able to come back to my house and finalize things. I took a day to read through their agreement and return an executed contract.

The pricing was good, and there were some payment options available to reduce costs even further. AZ Window & Door had been very responsive, and all appointments were scheduled promptly and completed in a timely manner.

Brad P was great providing the estimate, arrived on time, friendly, easy explanations, and no wasted time or high-pressure sales tactics. Just facts and a plan and a competitive estimate. I couldn't be happier with the AZ Window and Door experience. I met with 5 companies for my window and entry door replacement project. The cheap guys couldn't meet the quality product and warranty of AZWD, and the remodel guys want to pressure sell you. Brad was amazing to work with - he helped me find the package that worked in my budget and I didn't have to trade quality or warranty for price. No pressure either gave me time to compare and came back 2 more times to get it right. Would recommend giving them a try! Will update when the project is done.

Our windows have not been installed yet so I can only comment on Brad who was our sales representative. I have nothing but good words for Brad. He was on time and his professionalism was exceptional with a very broad knowledge of his product. We have sat through many sales presentations in the past who relied on the high pressure approach that never worked or sat well with us. Brads no pressure presentation and knowledge of the widows reassured us that we were purchasing a high quality product. Now only time will tell if their Windows are what they say they are and they're installation people are well experienced provideing quality service. ALL I can say about AZ Window & Door Store is THANK YOU, and I owe it to my salesman: Brad P. He finally allowed me to restore my faith in mankind. As we do business with salespeople, we realize 99.9% of them are pure liars and thieves. NOT our Brad. He is that rare 0.01% of human kindness and pure honesty... so they DO exist, and I will never stop telling everyone just how amazing he is! We have been dealing with large companies for window replacement for our entire house. VERY expensive project (like $25K+ for 18 windows, and that's the low end), so with something so serious and expensive, you expect honesty and a settled feeling of not being manipulated. Brad allowed me to make better decisions with the right windows for the best prices. He shared the different types and the pros/cons of each. He helped us make the best decision on styles and types of windows and why... showed us examples of each one. One of my favorite things is that he had NO pressure on us. After comparing five companies for window and door replacement, I found that while some were cheaper, none matched AZWD’s quality and warranty. Unlike remodel companies that used high-pressure tactics, Brad provided a no-pressure experience, helping me find the right package within my budget without sacrificing quality. I had a new fiberglass entry door system with sidelights installed to replace the rotting original unit in my 1970’s townhouse. The salesman, Brad, did not try to pressure me into buying anything, explained everything well, and did a good job. Everything was installed sooner than the estimated lead time on my contract. The installers were professional and did a very good job. The installation was quick and didn’t cause much disruption to my house even though they had to basically cut a big piece out of my front wall and replace it. They also replaced the rotted lower sill board at no additional charge. The replacement trim on the inside of the house that they put in looks good and matches the rest of my wood trim. Everything looks very good. Overall, it was a much easier and more pleasant experience than I expected. Assuming that everything holds up well for a very long time like it is supposed to, I would recommend this company.

Brad, the "MN window guy," just left, and I could not be more pleased. Not only did I get a great deal, but I also really appreciated his "no pressure" approach—no red flags during our conversation like one of their competitors. Matter of fact, I get more pressure from the kid down the street selling lemonade. He made no outlandish promises; he only gave us a time frame (weeks). I actually got one more window than I had planned, and the money I saved will pay for a nice vacation! I am totally confident the install will go just as smoothly. He asked great questions, listened to our answers, and presented on the merit of their product. Unlike some other presentations, he did not bad-mouth other companies. He did not try to close the deal with any pressure tactics but presented data and product evidence. Brad, excellent job representing your company! Follow-up has been spot on, communication in the process is outstanding, and we feel very confident that we will receive a quality install. Brian, a final inspection and measurement person, was also very professional and courteous. Brad was a great salesman! No pressure. I had the windows put in during the April/May timeframe with good quality and installation. When I had a question about the locks and the fitting of the top window, I left a message with Brad, and he called me back within the hour. He explained exactly what to do.
I very much appreciated both the professionalism with the sales and the quick response, which helped me understand the lock switches. I love the windows and the value they added to my home. I no longer have to put plastic up on the north-side windows of the house.

This review is for the salesman Brad Penner. I'll update once the window install is complete. Brad was a no-pressure salesman who explained my various options and created quotes for each option. I was able to take a week or so to study the options, ask Brad questions (which he promptly and cheerfully answered), and also had him update the quotes. There was no pressure to buy, no hard sales pitch, just a pleasant experience. I do not respect or like a high-pressure, hard-pitch salesperson; I would have asked them to leave.
Updated 9/13/23: The window installation has been completed. Connor and Bradley were the installers. The installation went great! Connor and Bradley were excellent—both were professional and efficient.
Connor and Bradley worked non-stop and completed the installation in one day. The installation was perfect and very clean. Once the install was completed, they cleaned both inside and outside the house. In addition, Brad Penner (the salesman) stopped by during the day to check in on the install, making sure I was happy with everything. Great follow-up by Brad.
Overall, I am very pleased with the new windows. I am very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Just recently, we had five new windows installed from Window World, and overall, we had a great experience. We got quotes from a few different places, but after we met with Brad from Window World, the decision to use WW was the obvious choice. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy, which made our experience so much more positive.
Additionally, Luis and his team also did a great job installing our windows. We’re really happy with how they look, but what has impressed me the most is how quiet they make things and how much warmer our rooms are now that we had WW windows installed.

Brad did a great job understanding what we were looking for and presenting the options that would best fit our needs. He let us make the decision, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into making a purchase. Because of Brad’s approach, we did purchase two exterior doors and are looking forward to having them installed later this year.

My wife and I had been looking at new windows for years. We finally decided to move forward due to how inefficient our current windows were in the house. We had setup quotes with over 10 companies, including one with Brad from Window World. Brad was the only salesperson who was not high-pressure and didn't waste our time with a 2-hour sales pitch. His prices were the lowest out of all the others, and he also gave us a heads-up about the delay in windows due to Covid-19 (every company had the same issue). Fast forward to the install date—we couldn't have been more impressed with the window quality and with the workmanship from Joe, our installer. We even got a call from Brad following the install to ensure everything went well. I was impressed with everything from start to finish!

We've used WW now on three separate occasions over the years for bay window, standard window, picture window, specialty window, and now patio door replacements. The products are adequate and not over-built. Minor problems are addressed immediately per the ironclad warranty. Options are somewhat limited; however, we've found that not an issue. Cost is appreciably less than competitors, and the marketing is low-key and stress-free. No "buy today" pitch or videos to watch—just window sales. Brad Penner has helped us get our work done repeatedly and is a knowledgeable professional who doesn't beat around the bush.

We have worked with Window World Twin Cities twice and loved the experience both times! Brad was our salesman both times. He didn’t try to pressure us or use any of those “salesman techniques.” He just gave us all the options and let us decide.
We got a great value in our windows—price and quality. The installation team was super respectful and nice and did a great job!
A few months after our first set of windows was installed, we ended up with an exterior crack. (All the windows come with what seems like a warranty that is too good to be true, but we have proof of how good it is!)
We called Window World and let them know about the crack. They said they would need to send someone out to measure, but because I kept the stickers that came on each window, I had all the info they needed, and we figured everything out over the phone.
They were there very quickly and replaced the window—no questions asked, no fees. So now we’re updating more windows with Window World, and my mom did her whole house a year after our first great experience!

Brad came to the house right on time. He was very professional and explained everything and much more about the windows I wanted.
I had 5 other companies come out for estimates. One company came to my door 3 other times asking if I’m ready to sign and get new windows. Wow, very high pressure!!!
Brad was not high pressure—he explained my needs. Brad even came back to answer my husband’s questions. It was an excellent experience.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Brad came out to give us a quote, and we loved that he wasn't pushy at all! He gave us the quote, answered all our questions, and said he would leave it up to us to get in contact with him when we made a decision on if we wanted to jump in and get new windows. The installers were super friendly, showed up when they said they would, and did a good job cleaning up the mess!

We did not really have to think twice about our decision once we got our quote from and met with Brad at Window World. We waited to hear out two other companies, but Brad's creative solutions and Window World's affordability really made our decision a no-brainer! Brad made us feel confident in our decision because he allowed us to take our time in reviewing our options, and we felt absolutely no pressure to sign on the spot. This was incredibly important to us as this is our first major home renovation. We are really looking forward to our new windows and would recommend this company to anyone!

Brad was fantastic when he came to discuss our project needs. In the end, we did not move forward with the project due to finances. However, Brad was informative, patient, and professional. He was rather transparent in regards to what our needs were in relationship to what the company could satisfy. There was never a time that I felt the pressure to "close the deal," and that type of sales tactic is not seen very often anymore. I strongly recommend this company!

We had called a competitor of theirs for an estimate and were quite shocked at the ridiculous high price of $20,000 for 3 double-hung windows and a new patio door. The competitor, which also starts with a "W," teaches their employees to price gouge their customers, starting with a HUGE bid, then slowly offering "discounts" to bring the quote down to about $14,000.
The sales pitch was horrible—the salesperson attempted multiple times to have us sign a contract immediately and even called a manager in front of us to pretend to argue in order to lower the price further. By the time they left, we were so upset that we almost didn’t call Window World.
However, when we did, the person we spoke to was kind and listened to our needs. They sent out Brad, and as soon as we met him, we realized how professional and knowledgeable he was. He truly listened to what we wanted to replace and wrote up a quote. We were astounded when the price came in at just over $6,000—no price gouging, no dishonesty.
Brad is a wonderful salesperson who cares and does not try to push people into anything. We highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for new windows and doors. What a wonderful experience! The way WW handled everything was TOP NOTCH! Thank you, Brad! You and your company ARE THE BEST!

The warranty for the Anlin windows really can’t be beat, and since we live on a golf course, that was an important consideration for us.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! From our sales rep Brad to the entire install team—Josh, Keyonna, Rob, Derek, Josiah, Nicky, and Sal—the stucco guy, everyone was great and a pleasure to work with. We had all 21 windows replaced along with a sliding glass door, which I felt was going to be quite the undertaking, but not for this crew. They were on time, they were kind, they were thorough, and they took pride in what they were doing. I was blown away by the well-oiled process they have in place. Brad even popped over today to ensure everything was going well, made sure we were happy, and walked us through how to use the new windows. Not to mention how clean and crisp everything looks now—it’s like we have a whole new house. We can’t thank you enough!

I'm so glad I called this company. I don't like salesmen, and I don't like the fact that they don't interact with you on a personal basis—they are usually so to the script and pushy. When Brad came to our door, he was very friendly and outgoing. He listened to our concerns, he asked questions, and he didn't push us into anything that we could not afford or didn't want. The salesperson, Brad Penner, was a pivotal reason for us electing to do business with The Window and Door Store. He didn't come in and hard sell us; he was very to the point about the products they offer, the best-in-class warranty that comes with the windows, as well as the quality of work the install teams do. He tailored his presentation to what we wanted to know and see. Our windows haven't been installed yet, but we definitely intend to follow up once installation is complete with additional feedback.

The sales experience I had with Brad was easily one of the most seamless sales experiences I've had overall and definitely the best when it comes to our window quotes. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or sign on the spot, which is typically a big negative for me when it comes to a large project like this. He took the time to answer questions, asked us questions, and didn't hesitate to double and triple confirm certain parts of the project, such as min/max window size, stacking limits, etc., that could potentially be a problem. Throughout the process, he was very timely in his responses and ensured we were clear on the process from start to finish—options, next steps, etc. We have future plans for additional work, and based on the sales experience alone, we will definitely be looking at Arizona Window and Door Store to do the work.

The customer service I have received so far is beyond anything I would have imagined in this day and age. Brad Penner, the salesperson who helped me, arrived early, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and cheerfully answered my many questions. He called one of the construction managers to ensure he was providing accurate costing for a request I made to have a window replaced in a different shape than I currently have. The estimate Brad provided clearly described the windows, sizes, costs, installation, and ancillary costs, which was night and day from the prior estimate I received from a different company.
As if that level of customer service wasn’t already stellar, I had casually mentioned that my next project after the windows was the replacement of exterior siding. He said he knew of a company in Minnesota that had planned to open operations here prior to his move to Arizona a couple of years ago. Further, he offered to reach out to them to see if they had in fact opened operations here, and if they had, he would call and ask them some questions to see if he felt comfortable recommending them to me. Reader, this man then scheduled to meet with them at my house on his own time so they could meet me and measure for an estimate. Then, he drove over 30 minutes to my house to meet with them in person. Hopefully, the window installation goes well and they look fantastic, but so far, this has been a tremendously positive experience.
